Mombasa

Mombasa is the second-largest city in Kenya, with a population of almost one million. A regional cultural and economic hub, Mombasa has a prominent port and an international airport, and is an important regional tourism centre. Mombasa is located on Mombasa Island.

    Dear all, Am writing this to complain of the way the clerk at the customer care has just treated me and for your in formation been treating clients at the counter he is entrusted to assist and handle clients. Am surprised by the level of arrogant with which he doesn't talk to anyone unless he is mood, and this has really surprised me the fact that he is supposed to handle all customer issues without discrimination, with respect, diligently and with utmost sobriety to enable the company meet its objective. Have gone there with issue where by the invoice for my client was requested before this afternoon and as usual excused my self to no reply or even a response from him. Its is sad and frustrating to see such behavior from a staff of a internationally recognized shipping line and wonder whether the managers or supervisors are aware of the treatment the clients are going though in his hands. I request that an investigation to this matter be carried and appropriate action taken against hi before it is even termed to be an allegation. I can be contacted-

    The Governor Mr Joho. For your kind information, you promised the residence of Mvita area that once you win the election, you will be tarmacking or putting cabro on most of the roads in that area. So far nothing has been done and one of the roads you promised would be put into repairs was outside Majengo Primary school Kingorani!! About 6 months ago some calverts were brought for sewage system and have been dumped there for no reason. The public there now use those calverts as dumping bins for their household rubbish. Also there is not a single street light there as the area becomes pitch black after 7.00pm. Mr Joho where has your false promise gone as we are not living in dark ages anymore.
